I couldn't be happier. The price was definitely right. It shipped fast. It was well packaged. There were zero problems. They sold the guitar as used, but it looks brand new to me. the action is a tiny bit high at the 12th fret range, but is by no means unplayable (my come down to personal preference). It sounds great! I would absolutely buy from EGA guitars again.

This was my first purchase from EGA Guitars, but I am sure it will not be my last. I got great service. When I asked a question over a holiday weekend, I expected an answer the following week. Instead I got a response in less than an hour. The guitar I bought was listed as Used-Excellent, but it still had the plastic on the pickguard and not a scratch on it. The guitar was professionally packed and arrived right on time. I highly recommend EGA Guitars and will buy from them again.

I didn't know one box could hold so much paper; very safe packaging. It's a very good bass too, no damage and is phenomenal for how much I paid for it. Cheapest one out there. And it only took two days to get to the east coast! Would highly recommend.
